If you think you have seen the following post before on another blog, you'd be right. I have decided to retire that blog but I have imported some posts which I feel are really relevant to this new blog.

The main point I have to keep in mind is the waist-hip ratio.
"A WHR of 0.7 for women and 0.9 for men have been shown to correlate strongly with general health and fertility."
So it doesn't matter that my proportions aren't exactly the same as any of these women, what matters is my WHR and how comfortable I am with my curves.
